Kelly Aaron is a leader in the lamp recycling industry. In 1995, along with her mother Patt Gallagher, Kelly set out on a mission. That mission was to have a law passed regulating the disposal of fluorescent lamps and other universal waste, including ballasts, batteries and electronic waste.
